Question Which is more valueable?

In the name of pricing justice, someone please help me with this fake scenario...
THE HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION:
Someone is selling 4 axes of no particular importance in looks. They are all gold and max. For example purposes, we will say that these are spiked axes, which look like Tanzit's Cleaver.
Axe A has req 8, damage mod 14^50, no upgrades.
Axe B has req 9, damage mod 15^50, no upgrades.
Axe C has req 10, energy +5, no upgrades.
Axe D has req 9, 15^50, with poisoning and 15% axe mastery +1 upgrades.
Please put these in order from most expensive to least expensive.
EDIT:OK not-so-hypothetical situation:
Axe E is a Furious Gothic axe of Fortitude, max req 8 14^50 8% furious and +28 health
Axe F is a Sickle (Canthan version) of Axe Mastery, max req 9 15 always, -5 energy, +1 axe mastery 20%
Which is worth more? Neither is inscribable, both are max damage gold.

People don't want 14^50 stuff. The +5 energy weapon can be nice, and I'm guessing would be more prefered than the 14^50 axe.

IMHO, I think it would go like this:

B/D
D/B
C
A

B or D can go first, I don't think people really care for those certain mods.

Well, of course, it completely depends on whether or not this 'hypothetical axe' has an inscription slot. That alone would make (A) ridiculously expensive, as Req. 8s are so rare. Otherwise, I agree with the others. The mods on (D) are so poor, it might as well be 'no upgrades' like (B), thus the same axe.

14^50 can really turn people down

If these are inscription Based:
1)Axe A has req 8, damage mod 14^50, no upgrades.
2)Axe B has req 9, damage mod 15^50, no upgrades.
3)Axe D has req 9, 15^50, with poisoning and 15% axe mastery +1 upgrades.
4)Axe C has req 10, energy +5, no upgrades.

Req8 is extremely rare on any skin in Elona, 2 and 3 are the same axe so the order doesn't matter. Price within the same skin is solely based on Req as you see...Axe D might sell for more than Axe B though if it had perfect desirable mods on it (+30hp, etc) - but not much more

*Its a common misconception that adding expensive perfect mods to weapons will jump their price by the price of the mod...Not True. For certain magnitudes of sells it might better the price to have perfect mods on it...but never enough to cover the cost of the mods you used on it*

For Non-Inscription Based:
1) B
2) D (1 and 2 are still re-orderable)
3) C
4) A

B and D are req9 15^50..good. +5energy req10 is less desirable so its a distant third. Axe A noninscription you'll have a tough time selling uness the skin is awesome.

I vote for Option (not axe) H: You take pictures of these and put them up in Price Check since that's what it's there for. Closed.
